DayZ Chernarus Server Rules
- 1. Clan Size – Your clan size is limited to 10 online active players. You will have up to 5 ‘offline’ slots in your clan but cannot exceed 10 active online players. Check #🕵♂server-meta🕵♂ as a cheat-sheet to the server playstyle.
- 2. Your clan is limited to One (1) 4x4x3 standalone base structure. If you decide to build within an existing DayZ structure, you will be allowed 1 panel out and 1 panel up with an open helipad on top. If you choose to build in a large apartment building, your doors will be limited to encompassing 4 floors only (cannot block main level and the top 4 floors). If you have any questions, please put in a ticket prior to building.
- 3. No caves, castles, no lore. If you have concerns, please put in a ticket prior to building.
- 4. Your base is limited to 15 secured doors. Windows are not raidable, but can be utilized as a point of access. If the window is left open, the base is considered unsecured. Windows are not counted towards your 15.
- 5. Trap bases are not allowed. Blueprint collisions will be in play to assist with building your base but cannot be abused during raids.
- 6. Clans will be limited to 3 storage containers per person.
- 7. Sleeping bags can be utilized at your base location. They will have a proximity timer of 10 minutes.
- 8. Failure to build within the server rules can result in deletion without notification. If you have questions, put in a ticket.
- 9. Movement – Moonwalking/ice-sliding and all other movement exploits are not allowed.
- 10. Cheating – This is an obvious one, but if you’re planning to cheat, do it elsewhere. If you have current Owners/Companions bans for cheating, you are not welcome. If you disagree with these bans, take it up with Owners/Companions. If you’re caught cheating on EZ, you will be swiftly banned, with zero exceptions, and submitted to Owners/Companions. Play clean, have fun, kick ass.
- 11. Glitches, exploits, etc are not allowed. If you know something isn’t working as intended, then please report it. IE, BBP dropping through floors. If you drop grenades through the roof during PVP. All known, and intentional re-use of unknown glitches/exploits are not acceptable.
- 12. Safezone camping is not allowed within 900 meters of SZ. Do not camp outside SZ, or follow players out of SZ.
- 13. Black Market, Heli Trader, and Drug/Pelt camping are allowed with a 60-minute time limit.
- 14. Meta-gaming is not allowed. The only instance this is acceptable is to meta yourself, as long as you’re not currently engaged in an active raid situation.
- 15. Hackusating will not be acceptable in any form. If you have a grievance, please #📩open-ticket . Be prepared to provide proof and documentation to support your accusation. If you don’t have proof, you’re just bitching and complaining. Save everyone time and get over it.
- 16. Ally clans will not be allowed. You have up to a 10-man squad; if you need more help than that you don’t belong here. :blush:
- 17. Combat-logging will not be accepted. If you fire a shot, take damage, deal damage, etc, you must stay logged in for 10 minutes. The only exception to this rule is logging out inside your own base.
- 18. Staff – The EZ Staff are not your punching bags. You will treat them with respect, utilizing proper discourse. These are volunteers attempting to make your leisure time more enjoyable. Have the courtesy to return the favor.
- 19. Staff Communication – Do NOT direct-message any Staff, unless explicitly requested to do so. Our ticketing system is in place for a reason and to create a form of transparency.
- 20. Failure to abide by these rules will subject the player to disciplinary action up to and including Discord/Server bans.
